By creating an account or using LangLoop, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
LangLoop is a language-learning platform that provides spaced-repetition flashcard decks, sentence practice, and AI-powered flashcard generation. Features vary by subscription plan. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of others without permission.
You agree not to use LangLoop to upload or generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights; attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform; circumvent subscription limits or billing; or interfere with other users' access to the service.
LangLoop and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by LangLoop and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Flashcard decks and sentences you create remain yours. By using the AI generation feature, you grant LangLoop a limited licence to process your prompts to return results.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LangLoop is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use LangLoop ceases and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of LangLoop after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
